Your pictures look great and far better than my last set there. I hope to make the summit behind the Old Man pinnacle, as the complete vista would be awesome ( weather permitting).
I just love visiting Skye. Just not so many tourists ( like me)!

I think travel as a whole has been hugely affected by Instagram with all the popular places now being determined by the potential engagement factor…but that’s a rant for another day haha.

Summer is the peak time for visitors to the Isle of Skye so I would actually recommend coming a little earlier or later in the year…we went in early June and as I’ve mentioned above, with sunset being 10:15pm there was only one other person at the top 🙂 I would imagine Skye to be so beautiful under a sprinkling of snow too if you fancied a mid-winter trip.

I remember it being so beautiful at the top though, I would love to get back to Scotland one day.
